Samarkand Cafe opened in Murmansk in 2016 — in the world’s largest city north of the Arctic Circle. In the heart of the Russian Arctic, we created a place of genuine Eastern warmth where Uzbek traditions, hospitality and national cuisine are carefully preserved.

Samarkand is built on traditional Uzbek cuisine, halal products, fresh ingredients and respect for recipes passed down through generations. We want every guest to experience not only the taste of Uzbekistan, but also its famous hospitality.
